Tech Support Office is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Configure and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Perform system updates, patch management, and security hardening.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
- Troubleshoot server, storage, networking, and application issues.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Maintain server documentation and infrastructure diagrams.
- Support cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Work closely with networking, security, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades and migration projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of server monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
- Experience managing VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, or PRTG.
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting experience.
- Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, Azure, AWS, or Linux certifications are a plus.
