Tech Support Office is looking for a talented and customer-focused Cloud Support Engineer to help deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot modern cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will support cloud-based applications, virtual machines, networking, storage, identity services, and cloud security across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and services.
- Deploy and manage virtual machines, storage accounts, databases, and networking resources.
- Configure and support Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud services.
- Troubleshoot cloud networking issues, including VPN, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Manage cloud identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and IAM.
- Respond to customer support requests and resolve cloud-related technical issues.
- Assist with cloud migrations from on-premises environments.
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance.
- Implement security best practices and compliance policies.
- Configure backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Automate routine cloud operations using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Document cloud environments, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with DevOps, networking, security, and development teams.
- Stay up to date with new cloud services and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure or enterprise IT environments.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Basic understanding of cloud networking, virtualization, and storage concepts.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer support skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud identity management.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience using Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting experience.
- Experience with monitoring platforms such as Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications are highly desirable.
