The Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification is Apple’s official credential for professionals who support and manage Apple devices in business, education, and enterprise environments, now formally assessed through the Apple Device Support exam. It validates the ability to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot macOS and core Apple services, and signals real understanding of macOS fundamentals, user account management, storage, networking, security, and common troubleshooting workflows.

This course builds toward that same real foundation, extended to Apple’s mobile devices as well: macOS fundamentals and troubleshooting, iOS/iPadOS device support, Apple ecosystem integration (iCloud, Continuity, device syncing), Apple-specific security and privacy features, and recognizing where Apple support genuinely differs from Windows-centric IT training. This course does not grant the official ACSP credential itself — it uses that certification’s real objectives as a grounded foundation for genuine Apple device support competency.
