- Determine whether it is a temporary restriction, account review, or permanent disablement.
- Look for the policy area involved, such as communication outside Fiverr, payment issues, identity verification, intellectual property, fake reviews, spam, delivery disputes, or repeated order problems.
- Gather evidence such as order messages, delivery files, revision history, payment screenshots, IDs, or explanations of what happened.
Submit an appeal or support request
Use Fiverr’s official support route.
- Use the appeal link in the suspension notice if one is provided.
- If there is no direct appeal link, open Fiverr Help and Support from a browser and submit a ticket.
