Major accounts let you see which phones, computers, browsers, consoles, and apps are currently signed in. It is one of the fastest ways to spot old sessions or suspicious access.

Use this for Google, Apple ID, and Microsoft accounts when you want to review signed-in devices after a sign-in alert, security concern, or routine check.
Google Account
This covers Gmail, YouTube, Drive, and other Google services.
- Go to myaccount.google.com and sign in.
- Open Security.
- Find Your devices.
- Choose Manage all devices.
- Review device names, approximate locations, and last-used times.
- Select any device you do not recognize and choose Sign out.
Apple ID
This covers iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and iCloud.com sessions.
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings and tap your name.
- On Mac, open System Settings and select your name.
- Scroll to the device list.
- Tap or click a device for details.
- Choose Remove From Account for devices you do not recognize or no longer own.
Microsoft Account
This covers Windows PCs, Xbox, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and browser sessions.
- Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in.
- Open Devices or Security > Sign-in activity.
- Review device type, location, and time.
- If activity looks unfamiliar, use Sign out everywhere if offered.
- Change the password immediately after removing suspicious access.
More control
Old devices are not always hacks
A replaced phone, old browser, smart TV, or work computer may remain listed after you stop using it. Focus on unfamiliar names, unexpected locations, and recent activity you cannot explain.
Removal is only step one
After removing a suspicious device, change the password and enable two-factor authentication. Otherwise, the same person may regain access the same way.
Check regularly
A quick review every few months clears forgotten sessions before they become confusing during a real security incident.
