Peacock sign-in issues are often caused by a mistyped email, wrong password, provider-linked account, or stale app session. The fastest fix is to separate account problems from device problems.

Use this for the Peacock app, peacocktv.com, and accounts linked through Xfinity, Cox, or another TV or internet provider.
Fix a rejected password or stuck sign-in
Start with the normal direct-account steps.
- Confirm the exact email address used for Peacock. Check personal, work, and family emails if needed.
- If the password is rejected, use Forgot Password instead of guessing repeatedly.
- Open the reset email and create a new password.
- If the app spins after entering credentials, force-close it and reopen it.
- In a browser, clear cache and cookies for peacocktv.com.
- Try signing in on peacocktv.com or another device. If it works there, update or reinstall the app on the device that fails.
Sign in with a linked TV or internet provider
Use this if Peacock came through a provider instead of a direct subscription.
- Choose Sign in with your TV Provider on the Peacock sign-in screen.
- Select the provider, such as Xfinity, Cox, or another listed company.
- Sign in with the provider account credentials, not a separate Peacock password.
- If the provider login works elsewhere but Peacock does not recognize it, check the provider’s account settings or support for relinking Peacock access.

Find the original account email
Search old inboxes for Peacock confirmation, billing, or activation messages. A slightly different email address is a common reason the right password appears to fail.
Use official Help for account-specific issues
If the account still will not open after password reset, provider sign-in, and app updates, use Peacock Help chat under Account & Sign-In topics so support can inspect the account link.
Keep sign-in method notes
If Peacock is tied to a provider, write that down in your password manager. It prevents future confusion when the regular email-password fields do not work.
