Poshmark accounts can be created with email, Facebook, Google, or Apple. Many login problems happen because the right account is being accessed through the wrong sign-in method.

Reset your password
Start here if you created the account with email and password.
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address tied to the Poshmark account.
- Check the inbox and spam folder for Poshmark’s reset email.
- Open the link and create a new password.
- Try signing in again with the new password.
- If no reset email arrives, you may be using the wrong email or a social sign-in method instead.
Make sure you are using the right sign-in method
Use the same method you used when the account was created.
- Think back to whether you signed up with email, Facebook, Google, or Apple.
- If you used Facebook, Google, or Apple, tap that same button instead of typing an email-password combination.
- Try the likely social sign-in buttons if you are unsure, especially Google and Facebook.
- If your phone is signed into the wrong Google or Apple account, switch accounts at the device level and try again.
Clear up app or connection issues
Use this when the app hangs or shows a generic error.
- Force-close Poshmark and reopen it.
- Install any available update from the App Store or Google Play.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Try signing in at poshmark.com from a browser.
- Clear cookies for poshmark.com or try another browser.
- If the website works but the app does not, reinstall the app.
More control
Contact support when normal fixes fail
If the correct password and sign-in method still fail, contact Poshmark support through the Help Center from a browser and describe the exact error or screen behavior.
A suspension is not a password issue
If Poshmark says the account is suspended, restricted, or under review, a password reset will not fix it. You need the appeal or support process for account status.
Keep the email current
Update the account email while you are still signed in somewhere. If the email is outdated, password-reset links cannot reach you.
