At Tech Support Office, we offer a variety of products including digital products, print-on-demand products, and Amazon affiliate products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our practices regarding returns and refunds.

1. Digital Products

Our digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Due to their nature, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the purchase is completed.

Exceptions:

  • If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will assist you promptly.

  • If the product is defective or not as described, we may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Note: Please download your digital product promptly after purchase. We may not be able to reissue downloads after 7 days.

2. Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand items are customized and made to order, so we cannot accept standard returns.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued for defective items, such as misprints, wrong color or size, or damaged products.

  • Refund/exchange requests must be made within 10 days of purchase. We will review requests and determine if a refund or exchange is appropriate.

Important:

  • No refunds for mistakes outside our control, including wrong size, style, or color orders.

  • We print the exact number of garments based on orders received; extras are not available.

  • Review your order carefully before checkout. After your order is placed, we will send an email with order details—contact us immediately if there are discrepancies.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

3. Amazon Affiliate Products

Products purchased via our Amazon affiliate links are subject to Amazon’s Return Policy.

To return or exchange an Amazon product:

  1. Log in to your Amazon account.

  2. Navigate to Your Orders.

  3. Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts to initiate a return.

Important:

  • Eligibility for returns depends on the seller and product type. Review return eligibility on the product’s Amazon page.

  • Tech Support Office does not sell or ship Amazon products directly and cannot process returns for them. Contact Amazon directly for any issues.
