Service BDC Representative – Automotive Call Center (1–2 Years Experience Required) Vaughan Automotive Group | Boerne, TX | Full-Time | In-Person Compensation $16–$18/hour base pay (bilingual English/Spanish earns higher base) Uncapped performance bonuses Top performers have earned $5,700+ in bonuses in a single month About the Role Vaughan Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Service BDC Representative to join our high-performance call center team in Boerne, TX. This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a call center professional with 1–2 years of experience who knows how to work a high-volume phone environment, meet KPIs, and turn conversations into booked appointments — consistently. What You’ll Do Handle inbound service calls and convert them into scheduled appointments Execute outbound call campaigns — up to 200 calls per day Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments in our CRM/DMS system Reconnect with missed appointments and no-shows Recommend vehicle maintenance based on history and manufacturer guidelines Deliver professional, knowledgeable customer service on every call Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets Required Qualifications 1–2 years of call center, BDC, or high-volume phone experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs Strong verbal communication skills — confident, professional, and persuasive Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and CRM/DMS familiarity preferred Reliable commute to Boerne, TX (in-person role) Preferred Qualifications Automotive or dealership BDC experience (strong advantage) Bilingual in English and Spanish (higher base pay available) Experience with appointment scheduling or customer follow-up campaigns Schedule Monday–Friday with flexible shift options: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Alternating Saturdays required.
