AgQuest and Minnesota River Insurance Agency are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Service Agent to join our growing team in Le Sueur, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, insurance carriers, and our sales team to provide exceptional service, process policies, prepare quotes, and help maintain a strong book of business. What You’ll Do ✅ Provide outstanding service to personal lines insurance customers ✅ Quote, process, and review insurance policies and related documentation ✅ Maintain and service an existing in-house book of business ✅ Serve as a key liaison between sales, service teams, and insurance carriers ✅ Manage customer records and documentation within our Agency Management System ✅ Assist with policy changes, renewals, and customer inquiries ✅ Participate in ongoing training and maintain Minnesota P&C licensing requirements What We’re Looking For ✔ Strong customer service and communication skills ✔ Excellent organizational and time management abilities ✔ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team ✔ High level of professionalism and confidentiality ✔ Strong computer and administrative skills ✔ Insurance industry experience preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow What We Offer Comprehensive Training: Ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow within the industry.
