Operations Specialist & Customer Service – job post

What You’ll Do: Provide friendly, professional service to customers while accurately processing transactions Handle cash and balances with precision Assist with daily branch operations, including wire transfers, ACH, and loan documentation Maintain accurate records and support compliance efforts Promote bank products and services to help customers succeed Operations Support: Assist with daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other operational transactions Maintain accurate and organized branch records, including reconciliations and reports Support loan documentation and administrative processes, including filing and scanning Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards Compliance & Risk Management: Verify customer identification in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements Report suspicious activity or policy violations to management Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s preferred) Previous banking, teller, or operations experience a plus Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why You’ll Love Working Here: Supportive, community-focused workplace Opportunities for career growth and professional development Recognition for your contributions and dedication A positive culture where teamwork and customer service shine Pay: From $21.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Experience: Banking or Cash handling: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
