(Experience will be considered) Position Overview: Interacting with customers via email, phone, email and in person. Cashing out customers through retail software. Helping customers with products in the store. Processing paperwork and scheduling appointments. Qualifications and Requirements · Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent · Solution orientated · Order / data entry skills preferred · Service / customer service background preferred Primary Responsibilities · Interacting with customer via email, phone and in person · Identifying customer needs · Maintaining limited stocked inventory · Additional responsibilities may be added at the discretion of management Work Conditions · Sitting and standing long periods of time · Using a computer for long periods of time · Lifting 50lbs., on occasion · Multitasking Benefits · Health, Dental, Vision insurance · Vacation plan Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Work Location: In person
