Whether engaging in policy explanation or managing transactions, your enthusiasm will make a real difference every day. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions Assist customers with policy questions Upsell related products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met Handle cash and process payments with precision, demonstrating strong retail math skills Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting via phone or online channels Requirements Previous customer service experience not required Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Strong communication skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions at all times We’re committed to supporting your growth while providing a vibrant work environment where your energy makes an impact.
