We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented E-commerce Support Specialist to join our E-commerce Department. This position combines customer support and returns processing responsibilities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working with online systems and spreadsheets, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Successful candidates are self-motivated, reliable, professional, and customer-focused. https://yywireless.com/about-us Responsibilities Answer and respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online marketplace messaging systems. Provide customer support, problem resolution, and maintain positive customer relationships. Process customer returns, replacements, and related support requests. Scan, inspect, and process returned merchandise. Ensure returned items are accurately documented, logged, and routed to the appropriate location. Investigate customer issues and determine appropriate resolutions in accordance with company policies. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers. Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and returns. Support the E-commerce Department with daily operational tasks and special projects. Qualifications and Skills Proven customer service experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; PowerPoint experience preferred. Strong typing and computer skills. Experience working with spreadsheets and online systems. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers and scanners. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. E-commerce experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Additional administrative, customer service, or office support experience is a plus. Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Remote weekend overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
