Customer Service Representative– Arco Electric Products, Shelbyville IN Do you take pride in delivering customer service excellence? Would you enjoy working in a collaborative team? Do you have experience with electrical products or agricultural technology? If so, we want you on our team. Arco Electric Products, a division of Kirby Risk Corporation specializing in the manufacturing of rotary phase converters, power factor correction capacitors, and bus bar assemblies. What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative In this role, you will process customer orders and requests quickly and accurately, using available resources to resolve issues efficiently. You’ll: Receive and enter customer orders accurately and timely Provide guidance in cross selling and upselling Work effectively with vendors and management to solve problems and expedite orders Develop mutually beneficial relationships with account managers, vendors, and automation specialists Understands and applies strategies to attain desired margins percentages and dollars Demonstrate professionalism when representing the company in all communications What Makes You a Great Fit College coursework and/or 2+ years relevant work experience Knowledge of manufacturing, electrical products, or agricultural technology Experience with electrical products preferred Strong organizational, interpersonal and customer contact skills Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once Proficiency with Microsoft Office What to Expect in This Role Onsite, indoors, in a controlled temperature environment, with a variation of noise levels. This position will be working in an office environment, utilizing typical office equipment Travel occasionally for training, customer visits, or vendor meetings Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift Why Kirby Risk?
