Field Scenario
A customer reports a local application behaving strangely, and a technician initially assumes this must be a purely local software issue.
What You Actually Do
- Consider cloud service connectivity or status as a genuine possible factor, not just local software
- Check whether the application genuinely depends on cloud connectivity for its normal function
- Investigate systematically rather than assuming the issue is purely local without checking
- Recognize this as reflecting how central cloud dependency has become to modern IT troubleshooting
