Check the official server status
Activision’s status page is the best source for a confirmed outage.
- Open status.callofduty.com in a browser.
- Find Warzone and check your platform: PC, PlayStation, or Xbox.
- Check official Call of Duty update channels such as CODUpdates for announcements.
- Use Downdetector only as a secondary signal because it is based on user reports.
- If your platform shows an active issue, wait for Activision to resolve it.

Rule out a local connection issue
If the status page is clear, check your game, account, and network.
- Fully close Warzone and relaunch it.
- Check for a pending game update or a paused download.

When Activision confirms an outage, repeated reinstalls, cache clears, and router changes will not help. The fix must come from the server side.
