Samsung TV Plus is Samsung’s free, ad-supported live streaming service built into many Samsung TVs. It looks like a cable-style guide, but the channels stream over the internet and the lineup changes by region.
It does not require a subscription, and most TVs do not require a separate account just to watch.

Use this if you want to find channels, create favorites, or troubleshoot missing Samsung TV Plus channels on a Samsung Smart TV from roughly 2016 or later in a supported country.
Browse the channel guide
- Open Samsung TV Plus from the Apps row or the dedicated remote button if your remote has one.
- Open the Channel Guide.
- Use Categories such as News, Movies, Sports, Kids, or Entertainment.
- Select a channel to watch.
- Use Left and Right or the guide controls to move through channels and programs.
Channel numbers and available stations vary by country, TV model year, and Samsung’s current licensing deals.
Add channels to My Channels
- Open the Samsung TV Plus Channel Guide.
- Highlight a channel.
- Select the star, heart, or favorite option if shown.
- If you do not see it, press Down or open the channel options menu.
- Use My Channels or Edit Channels inside Samsung TV Plus settings to review or reorder favorites.
Favorites keep the channels you actually watch near the top instead of buried in a long guide.
Fix missing or blank channels
- Update the TV from Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
- Close and reopen Samsung TV Plus from the app options if your model allows it.
- Unplug the TV from power for 60 seconds to refresh cached channel data.
- Try again after the restart.
If one channel disappears permanently, Samsung may have rotated it out of the lineup or changed licensing. That is not fixable from your TV.
Know the limits
Samsung TV Plus availability depends on detected region and model year. There is no normal user setting to force another country’s lineup.
Samsung TV Plus channels are separate from antenna channels found with Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Program. If you use both, make sure you are looking at the correct guide. If My Channels becomes messy, check the TV Plus app settings for a reset option before resetting the whole TV.
