Hulu login trouble is usually either a normal password problem or confusion around Disney Bundle accounts that now use a unified Disney sign-in. Start with the reset, then check the account type if it still fails.

Reset your password
The browser reset flow is usually more reliable than a TV app.
- Go to hulu.com/log-in in a browser.
- Choose Forgot Email or Password.
- Enter the email address you believe is tied to the account.
- Open the reset email from Hulu and use the link inside.
- Create a new password and sign in again.
- If you use a TV, console, or streaming device, reset on your phone or computer first, then enter the new password on that device.
The screen is stuck or only one device rejects the login
If the account works elsewhere, focus on the app or browser.
- Force-close the Hulu app completely and reopen it.
- Check your device app store for a Hulu update.
- In a browser, clear cookies and cache for hulu.com or use a private window.
- Try signing in on another device to separate account issues from device issues.
- If one app still fails, uninstall and reinstall Hulu on that device.

If you signed up through the Disney Bundle, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ may share one Disney account login. Try resetting through disneyplus.com/forgot-password if the Hulu reset does not match your subscription.
Use billing emails to identify the account
Search for Hulu or Disney billing confirmations. The billed-to email is often the account email, even if you normally use a different address.
Check subscription billing
An expired payment method or failed charge can sometimes look like a sign-in problem. Once you can access the account on any device, check Account > Billing details and update the payment method if needed.
