Reset your password at crunchyroll.com
Use a browser for the cleanest reset flow.
- Go to crunchyroll.com on a phone or computer browser.
- Choose Log In, then select Forgot your password.
- Enter the email address on the Crunchyroll account.
- Check the inbox and spam folder for the reset email.
- Open the link, create a new password, and confirm it.
- Sign in again on the website and then on your apps or TV devices.
If sign-in fails even with the right password
The issue may be the sign-in method or device app.
- Check whether you originally created the account with Google, Apple, or Facebook. If so, use that same button instead of an email-password login.
- Sign in on crunchyroll.com first to verify the account works.
- Update the Crunchyroll app on the device that fails. Older TV and console apps can break sign-in.
- Sign out completely, restart the smart TV, console, or streaming stick, then sign in again.
- If the browser works but one app does not, reinstall the app if your device allows it.

Billing can be separate from login
