Samsung Health crashes, loading loops, and blank launches are usually caused by corrupted cache, an outdated app build, or a mismatch after a system update. Your health history is normally tied to your Samsung account, but check sync before using heavier resets.
These steps apply to Samsung Galaxy phones with Samsung Health, including phones paired with Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Ring.

Clear Samsung Health Cache
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Open Samsung Health.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear cache.
- Open Samsung Health again.
Do not clear data yet. Cache is temporary; data reset is a larger step.
Update Samsung Health and One UI
- Open the Galaxy Store.
- Open Menu or Updates.
- Update Samsung Health if listed.
- Open Settings > Software update > Download and install.
- Install any system update.
- Restart the phone and try Samsung Health again.
Try Deeper App Fixes
- Use Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Force stop, then reopen it.
- Before clearing data, check Samsung Health settings for Samsung Cloud sync.
- If sync is on, clear data from Storage, reopen Samsung Health, and sign back in.
- As a last resort, uninstall Samsung Health, restart, and reinstall from Galaxy Store.
Fix Wearable Data Not Showing
Open Galaxy Wearable and confirm the watch or ring is connected. Then open Samsung Health settings and check Connected services or data sources. Wearables that were out of Bluetooth range can take a few minutes to catch up after reconnecting.
